Scott Minto, Guillem Balague, Gerry Armstrong, Graham Hunter and Terry Gibson share their moment of the season

Graham Hunter: Caballero's save

This was the game against Malaga where Atletico Madrid thought they would wrap up the title. In a league where the critics say the little teams don't turn up and the big sides always win it - well in the 95th minute it is a beautiful save from Caballero and it gave us the Grand Stand finish at the Camp Nou between Barcelona and Atletico. Gracias Caballero!

Scott Minto: Messi's hat-trick in El Clasico

It's been a truly wonderful season culminating in Atletico being deserved winners. My moment of the season was also the best game of the season - the El Clasico. Real Madrid going into the game were unbeaten in 31 games in all competitions and Barcelona were struggling. If Real had won the game then Barcelona would have been out of the title race. In taking that last penalty, Messi showed not just in terms of technique but in bottle too why he is one of the best players this world has ever seen.

Gerry Armstrong: Godin's goal

It has to be the final game of the season. It was a defining moment for me when Godin scored the goal against Barcelona which meant that Atletico were going to win the title. Every time he scores they don't lose and they were on fire in the second half. It was his seventh goal of the season and what a goal it was.

Guillem Balague: Ronaldo's goal against Valencia

The moment that sticks in my mind didn't matter at the end of the season but it meant a lot at the point. Valencia played really well against Real Madrid and it needed a moment from Ronaldo to get Real ahead. It was a moment of art and of beauty that, at the time, gave Real a chance to still win the title. I know it does not mean anything now but at that particular moment, right at the end of the game where no one expected anything to happen, Ronaldo gave La Liga another twist.

Terry Gibson: Atletico Madrid 3-0 Vallodolid

The defining moment for me was Atletico's 3-0 win against Valladolid in week 24. They had lost three games on the trot and questions were really being asked of them - could they bounce back? Could they last the distance? They responded with two goals in the first five minutes of the game which calmed their nerves and they were back on track!
