Wales U21 keeper Owain Fon Williams is expecting to be in for a busy night when he faces England on Friday. The Stockport shot-stopper will provide the last line of defence for the Welsh in their European Championship play-off with the Three Lions. The youngster accepts that Brian Flynn's side head into the first leg of the contest at Cardiff's Ninian Park as underdogs, but remains undeterred. "There is nothing to be frightened about, I am looking forward to the chance to play against such talented players," he said. "It looks like there will be a big crowd at the match, and we will need their support. "But this is a lucky ground for us. We beat France there earlier in the competition and nobody expected us to do that, either. Maybe we can surprise England as well." The 21-year-old, who moved to Stockport from Crewe over the summer in order to gain regular first-team football, added: "I suppose we would like to have avoided England. One of us is going to miss the finals and we do not intend it to be us.

Belief

"We do believe we can win, if we get a good result at Ninian Park it will set us up for the trip next week to Villa Park. "Nobody expected us to win in Romania after we lost to them at Wrexham but we did it the hard way to qualify for the play-offs, and we can win at Villa Park, too. "I suppose people will say that I am in for a busy time when you look at the quality of the England strikers, but it is nothing to fear. "We should want to play against this quality of opposition. We see them on the TV and we are looking forward to it, and getting the right results. "Don't forget that we beat France, and they had some equally outstanding, well-known players. I believe we can perform to that level against England. "We aim to go out and show why we have got this far as a team. It has not been a fluke, we have produced good performances so often. "We played England recently and did not do that badly, although we lost 2-0. But they will not know too much about our squad and maybe we can surprise them."
