Kieran Gibbs replaces Ryan Bertrand in England squad

Kieran Gibbs has been called up to the England squad to replace Ryan Bertrand, who was injured during England's defeat of Malta at Wembley.
Bertrand started at left-back on Saturday night for the 2-0 win over Malta in Gareth Southgate's first match as interim manager.
But he sustained a knock early on and had to be substituted just before the 20-minute mark, as Danny Rose of Tottenham entered the fray.
Rose will be favourite to start in Slovenia on Tuesday, but Gibbs is to cut short a holiday in Dubai in order to join the squad and is poised to act as back-up.
England will be looking to make it three wins from as many matches in Group F, having kicked off with wins over Slovakia and Malta.
