Former Southampton defender Francis Benali is on The Fantasy Football Club this week - and you can be a part of the show.

Benali spent 16 years with Saints from 1988-2004, making 389 appearances and establishing himself as a club legend.

After calling time on his playing career, Benali has taken part in several charity events, including running to every Premier League and Championship ground in just a fortnight.

He will join Max, Merse and Rachel on The Fantasy Football Club to talk about his playing days and his charity work, as well as picking his #One2Eleven of the best players he played with.
