John Salako gave Sky Sports News HD his match predictions for Survival Sunday .
Relegation race is set for a dramatic finale, says Salako
Survival Sunday will see two of five teams join West Ham in the Championship next season.
Wigan, Blackpool, Birmingham, Wolves and Blackburn are separated by just one point and are all at risk ahead of the final-day fixtures.
But what will happen in the key clashes? Our expert John Salako gave his predictions to Sky Sports News HD...
Tottenham v Birmingham
4pm, Sky Sports HD2
It's absolutely incredible. We were looking at Birmingham when they won the Carling Cup final and they were flying. They were in and around that zone but they had games in hand with a quality squad.
They were rigid at the back and didn't concede goals. Where their Achilles heel has been has been scoring goals. Where are they going to find goals from now?
Last week against Fulham the body language wasn't good. I looked at the players and they had real fear in their eyes and it could have been a real drubbing. Going to White Hart Lane now isn't ideal. I think they're in big, big trouble.
Salako's prediction: Tottenham 2-0 Birmingham.
Wolves v Blackburn
Wolves are my favourites against Blackburn. I love what they're about. I love their enthusiasm. They're not great defensively and will concede goals but at Molineux they've got confidence and belief.
Everyone wrote Wolves off. People I've met said they haven't got enough defensively, but they've got players that can make things happen and they work their socks off. They've got width and they've got the spirit.
Blackburn are in all sorts of trouble. Some of the boys are starting to get a little bit older. Santa Cruz has come back and not really fired and they're just not really finding consistency. I just think it's going to be a good day for Mick McCarthy's side.
Salako's prediction: Wolves 3-2 Blackburn
Manchester United v Blackpool
3pm, Sky Sports HD1
We all love Blackpool. They've been a breath of fresh air and they've been fantastic for the Premier League. Since Christmas, they've been on the slide and they've struggled for momentum after the Charlie Adam saga.
But you talk about guys who can change games and win them out of nothing and Adam is fantastic. His delivery and his invention alongside DJ Campbell always gives them a chance.
Any other game besides Manchester United away and you would have fancied them, but I just can't see them getting anything at Old Trafford. Whoever United select on the day, it's going to be a quality side.
Salako's prediction: Manchester Utd 3-1 Blackpool
Stoke v Wigan
4pm, red button and online
I think it's a brilliant game for Wigan. There's no Jermaine Pennant and there's no Matthew Etherington, who are really key for Stoke as they get the ball wide and deliver.
Charles N'Zogbia is a magical player. He's got enough talent to change games, make the difference and make it happen and when you've got someone like that in the dressing room it gives you great confidence.
I just see Wigan being able to get enough at Stoke. I think they'll go at them and make it happen.
Salako's prediction: Stoke 1-1 Wigan.
Salako's relegation prediction: Birmingham and Blackpool
