From weightlifting to dancing, watch some of AFC Wimbledon hero Adebayo Akinfenwa's best bits...

Adebayo Akinfenwa has helped fire AFC Wimbledon to Wembley - but he's got skills off the pitch as well as on it.

The Dons striker - nicknamed 'The Beast' for his bulky frame - came off the bench to score in a 3-2 aggregate win over Accrington and help book his side a place in the League Two play-off final later this month.

Akinfenwa has scored more than 150 goals in a colourful career that has taken him to Kingsmeadow via Lithuania and Leyton Orient - but he's a cult hero off the field, too.
