Ryan Mason rescued a point for Yeovil with a 72nd-minute equaliser to secure a 1-1 draw at West Country rivals Exeter. The on-loan Tottenham midfielder lobbed a brilliant shot into the net from 30 yards after goalkeeper Paul Jones made a complete hash of his clearance from Richard Duffy's backpass. The Grecians totally outplayed Yeovil in the first half but they only had Stefan Stam's own-goal to show for their efforts. That came after 12 minutes when Liam Sercombe drilled a cross into the box and as Stam attempted to clear, he sliced the ball into his own net. The Grecians created enough chances to have put the game beyond Terry Skiverton's side but they ultimately paid the price for their wastefulness when Mason lobbed a brilliant equaliser.
