Team news ahead of Tuesday night's League One clash between Exeter City and Brentford at St James Park.
Manager Paul Tisdale is hoping Exeter's striking crisis will ease in time for the match. The Grecians were without four forwards and it showed as they failed to score when they were beaten 2-0 by MK Dons at St James Park on Saturday. Richard Logan, Daniel Nardiello and Guillem Bauza all failed late fitness tests on the Friday and John O'Flynn is still recovering from a knee operation. O'Flynn is the least likely to make it back in time for the game with the Bees but the other three will be monitored once again and Tisdale is hopeful one or more can play. Nicholas Bignall is ready to lead the line if the trio miss out and teenage striker Tom Nichols could be on the bench again. Sam Saunders and Charlie MacDonald are pushing for starts for Brentford. Winger Saunders and striker MacDonald came on as half-time substitutes as the Bees lost 2-0 at Sheffield United on Saturday. Manager Uwe Rosler has an unchanged squad to choose from with just Toumani Diagouraga and Kirk Hudson in the treatment room. Midfielder Diagouraga has a knee injury which will keep him out until next month and winger Hudson is a long-term absentee with a hip problem. Defender Leon Legge returned from a calf strain to play 90 minutes at Bramall Lane and came through unscathed. Young midfielder Harry Forrester is still awaiting his debut after joining from Aston Villa earlier this month.
