Roland Lamah scored twice and Clint Dempsey was sent off as FC Dallas beat Seattle Sounders 3-0 in MLS on Sunday.

Lamah opened the scoring in the 20th minute from Michael Barrios' pass across goal.

Maximiliano Urruti made it 2-0 in the 58th minute by curling a shot around Stefan Frei and then Lamah chipped Frei five minutes later after a one-two with Anton Nedyalkov.

Seattle were reduced to 10 men in the 37th minute after officials reviewed a video showing Dempsey's elbow making contact with Jacori Hayes.
