Celtic restored their four-point lead at the top of the Scottish Premier League table but they had to come from behind at Hamilton. The Academicals had gone ahead after 13 minutes when Richard Offiong powered the ball home. But Billy Reid's men could not hang on and they suffered a double blow on 38 minutes. Martin Canning brought down Cillian Sheridan in the box to give away a penalty and he was also dismissed for his efforts. Japanese star Shunsuke Nakamura stepped up and converted to level for Gordon Strachan's side. Indeed, Hamilton looked as if they might hang on to a much needed point - but with just four minutes remaining Celtic snatched the win as Paul Hartley fired home.
