Hamilton v Celtic: Team news for Friday's Premiership clash
Saturday 27 February 2016 11:24, UK
Defender Saidy Janko has returned to the Celtic squad for Friday's Premiership clash with Hamilton at New Douglas Park.
The Switzerland U21 international could be handed a place among the substitutes after spending five months on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
And he is likely to be joined on the bench by winger James Forrest who rejected the offer of a new contract earlier this week.
Patrick Roberts, Scott Allan and Ryan Christie - who came off the bench to great effect against Inverness last weekend, are pushing for a start but manager Ronny Deila may stick with his experienced players as he goes in search of the win which would lift his side nine points clear of Aberdeen at the top of the table.
Central defender Jozo Simunovic is still struggling with a knee injury and is the only senior member of the Norwegian's first-team squad definitely out.
Hamilton defender Michael Devlin is back from suspension but player-manager Martin Canning is not in the squad after rolling his ankle in training.
Academical midfielder Danny Redmond is unlikely to make the game despite returning to training following a rib injury.
