Nine unbeaten for Oldham after Town stalemate
Oldham extended their unbeaten run to nine games with a 1-1 draw at Huddersfield.
They took the lead in the sixth minute courtesy of a stunning 25-yard volley from midfielder Mark Allott.
But Huddersfield created several chances after the break and finally got their reward in the 67th minute when Michael Collins was sent through by Keigan Parker and lobbed the ball over goalkeeper Greg Fleming's head.
Three minutes from the end Oldham's top scorer Lee Hughes had a chance to win the game but headed over the bar from close range.
The results keeps Oldham in fifth place, while Huddersfield are now five points shy of the play-off positions.
