Claudio Ranieri's side are now only three points adrift of leaders Inter Milan, although they have played a game more.
The Bianconeri are chasing a first title in five years, having seen their last two successes revoked following a match-fixing scandal.
They appear well placed to challenge this term and made light work of a struggling Reggina outfit at Delle Alpi.
Mauro Camoranesi fired them in front after 28 minutes, before Amauri all but ended the game as a contest a minute before the interval.
Giorgio Chiellini than headed in a third on 61 minutes and Alessandro Del Piero rounded off the scoring from the penalty spot 15 minutes from time.

That strike was the legendary striker's 250th for the club, a remarkable achievement for a man who has spent 15 years with the Turin-based side.
"I am really happy to reach this landmark, but I consider it just another step in my career," Del Piero told Juve's official website.
"I have no intention of stopping now and I want to score many more goals for this club.
"But I am mostly satisfied with the win. After the loss against Inter (last week) we wanted to recover immediately against a tough Reggina side."
While Juve can now enjoy their weekend following a sixth victory in seven games, Reggina remain in trouble towards the foot of the table and will be disappointed to see their recent revival brought to an abrupt end.
