Port Vale continued their pre-season preparations with a 1-0 victory over Kitsap Pumas.
Defender Jamie McCombe scored the goal after 24 minutes as Micky Adams' side maintained their 100% record on their tour of Canada and the USA. It was also the first clean sheet that Vale had kept on the tour. Adams' side will now play Victoria Highlanders on Thursday before returning to the UK on Saturday.
