Lyon and PSG, who remain third and fourth respectively, were looking to fully apply pressure on the leading two as the season reaches its finale.
However, both sides had to settle for a 0-0 stalemate as Lyon pushed for the three points but were frustrated by their visitors.
At the summit, Marseille, who currently hold a two-point advantage over second-placed Bordeaux, are in action on Saturday at Lille.
