Ade Azeez scored his first goal for Newport to set up the Exiles for a 2-0 home win over Carlisle to keep the Welsh side in the hunt for a League Two play-off place.

The 25-year-old striker, bought from Cambridge on deadline day in January, took only 14 minutes on his full debut to show the County fans what he can do as he nudged home a Padraig Amond header from a corner.
