Brighton enjoyed a clean sweep as Chris Hughton was named the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month for April, while Anthony Knockaert picked up the prize for Player of the Month.
Hughton's side have collected 16 points from a possible 18 during the month as they kept up their promotion charge.
They now face Middlesbrough on the final day of the Championship season for a place in the Premier League at lunchtime on Saturday, live on Sky Sports 1.
"It's quite obvious that I'm picking this up on behalf of a group of lads that have not only excelled over this month, but over the season," Hughton said.
"It's an incredibly good group of staff that have contributed and we just hope that we can take that right the way through the season.
"I think we certainly would've bitten your hands off if you had said we would be going into the last game of the season with a chance of getting automatic promotion."
Knockaert was pivotal during a big month for a Brighton attack which scored 18 times in six April games, chipping in with four assists and four goals himself, which included a lovely curling finish against Fulham.

"I feel very happy and it's the first one as well for me, so it's a privilege to win this trophy," Knockaert said. "It shows how hard I work for the team, but I couldn't have done this without my team-mates so I have to say thank you to them too because they helped me so much.
"It's all about the team spirit, I have settled in very quickly here. Life is just incredible for me here and I love playing for Brighton."
Sky Sports' Football League pundit Don Goodman said: "Chris's Brighton side have been in terrific form in the league since the middle of March and they have put themselves into a great position going into the final weekend.
"To have automatic promotion within their grasp on the final Saturday of the season is all Chris could've asked for. He'll know what a big performance the team will have to put in to get over the line, but he'll also know that they're capable of pulling it off."
Elsewhere, Scunthorpe United boss Graham Alexander was named the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month after five successive wins lifted his side to the fringe of the play-off places.
Wigan striker Will Grigg was named the league's Player of the Month after seven goals in six games helped his side seal promotion back to the Championship at the first time of asking.
AFC Wimbledon's Neal Ardley picked up the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month award after he steered his side into the play-offs behind a run of five successive victories and a 16-point haul from seven games.
Accrington Stanley's Tariqe Fosu picked up the Player of the Month prize for April after the on-loan Reading winger scored three goals and provided two assists to help in his side's promotion push.
