Bolton have announced Filip Twardzik has left the club after having his contract cut short.
The 23-year-old, whose departure was confirmed on Bolton's official website, still had one year left on his deal but he had struggled to play regular first-team football at the Macron Stadium.
Despite scoring on his debut, the Czech midfielder only featured five times since joining the Trotters on a free transfer from Celtic in February 2015.
Twardzik signed for Celtic from Hertha Berlin at the age of 16 before stepping up to the first team, for whom he made five appearances.
