Chris Porter leaves Colchester for Crewe

Crewe have signed striker Chris Porter from fellow Sky Bet League Two side Colchester on a two-year deal.

The 33-year-old has moved to Crewe on a free transfer after scoring 16 goals for the U's last term and turned down a new contract at the Weston Homes Community Stadium to pen a deal with the Alex, with a further year as an option.
