The USA international and two-time World Player of the Year scored in Manchester City's 4-1 Women's FA Cup final win over Birmingham last month, adding to two goals for the club in the UEFA Women's Champions League.
The 34-year-old midfielder has now returned to parent club Houston Dash in America following the end of her loan spell with City.
Lloyd claimed 46 per cent of the public vote in the sportswomen poll, to finish ahead of Paralympic wheelchair racer Hannah Cockroft (19 per cent), Team Bath netballer Eboni Beckford-Chambers (18 per cent) and British pole vault record holder Holly Bradshaw (17 per cent).
