Coventry striker Stuart Beavon has agreed a new two-year deal with the club.
The 33-year-old scored just twice in the league last season, but has extended his stay at the Ricoh Arena until 2019 in a deal which sees the removal of a relegation clause he previously had.
Coventry dropped into Sky Bet League Two after a difficult season, and manager Mark Robins was pleased to get the deal sorted as he prepares for the new campaign.
He told the club's official website: "We are delighted that Stuart has signed a new contract. The agreement sees him extend his stay with us for a further year, with the relegation clause subsequently removed.
"Stuart has impressed me since we have worked together, and is a model professional with a tremendous attitude and can play a significant role moving forward."
