The Cumbrians were awarded a penalty - converted by Jamie Devitt - in Tuesday night's 3-3 draw with Wycombe after Miller went down in the box following a challenge by defender Dan Scarr.

But Miller was subsequently charged by the FA with 'successful deception of a match official', a new offence which came into force at the start of the season.
