Young Bulls sign deals until end of the season

Sam Gwynne, Jordan Fitzpatrick and Marcus Palmer have all agreed contract extensions at Edgar Street. Midfielders Gwynne and Fitzpatrick and striker Palmer are all still learning their trade at present and have decided that remaining with the League Two side is the best option for them. All three saw their contracts expire at the end of 2007 but the new deals have tied them to the club for the remainder of the season. Hereford have also confirmed that they will be looking to strengthen their squad during the current transfer window, with club boss Graham Turner admitting: "There is work being done to strengthen the squad. "With the injury to Clint (Easton) we do look a little thin on the ground now."

Injury update

Turner also revealed that defensive duo Richard Rose and Robbie Threlfall are recovering well from injury and should be back in first-team contention by the middle of January.
