Inverness Caledonian Thistle have completed the permanent signing of Phil McGuire. McGuire had been on loan at Caley from Dunfermline and Inverness were keen to turn his loan move into a permanent arrangement. The 27-year-old has impressed at Caley and the SPL outfit have moved to tie him down to a long-term deal. Inverness have paid Dunfermline a nominal fee to secure the services of McGuire. McGuire has penned a two-and-a-half year deal at the Caledonian Stadium.
