But excited by his new Russian adventure

Jiri Jarosik admits it was a wrench to leave Scotland upon completing his move from Celtic to Russian side Krylya Sovetov. The well travelled 30-year old Czech, who previously had a spell in Russia with CSKA Moscow, has concurred on a two-year contract. It has been reported Celtic recouped in the region of £745,000 for the player they brought in from Chelsea. "It's not easy to leave because I like Glasgow and Scotland in general," Jarosik told Sport Express. "But Russia has its charms and players don't often spend their whole careers in one place. "In Samara they are creating a new and ambitious side that don't want to be playing second fiddle. "I'm hoping my experience will prove useful to the team."
