Watford midfielder Gareth Williams made his return to action after a year on the sidelines.
The Scottish international sustained cruciate knee ligament damage against Tottenham last March.
Now he has finally returned to action playing for Watford's reserves against QPR on Monday.
The midfielder has made just three appearances for the Hornets since moving from Leicester but could now return to Adrian Boothroyd's side before the end of the season to provide a welcome boost to their flagging promotion challenge.
