Gillingham manager Mark Stimson has released five players as he begins planning for life in League Two. Craig Stone, Leroy Griffiths, Barry Cogan, Georges Ba and Kelvin Jack have all been shown the exit door at Priestfield, while on-loan Southend midfielder Kevin Maher will not be offered a permanent deal. Meanwhile, new deals have been handed to strikers Luis Cumbers and Andy Pugh and striker Gary Mulligan who has made 15 appearances for the Gills this season has also been offered a new deal. Talks are also ongoing with defender Danny Cullip over a new contract and a decision is set to be made in the next few days.
