Robb ready for fresh challenge
St Mirren have snapped up Steven Robb following the winger's release by Dundee United.
Robb has signed a two-year contract at Love Street after struggling with injuries during his time at Tannadice.
The 26-year-old joined United from city rivals Dundee in 2006, but was restricted to just 11 starts for the club.
He is relishing his first start with St Mirren and is hoping that his injury troubles are now in the past.
Time to move on
"I feel the time is right for a completely fresh challenge," Robb told the
Dundee Courier.
"I've been in Dundee since I left school and I think there comes a time when you have to move somewhere new.
"Hopefully the new surroundings will bring the best out in me. Now is the right time to move on and I can't wait to get started.
"I know I can play in the SPL. I've proved it when I've been fit."
