Bradford have signed Fulham's Thomas Moncur on loan until January. The 19-year-old is returning to Valley Parade, where he spent two-months last season. Moncur is now returning to West Yorkshire until January - when a permanent deal will be discussed. Moncur only recently signed a new one-year deal at Craven Cottage.
