Harwood arrives on one-year deal
Bristol Rovers boss Paul Trollope has strengthened his squad with the signing of Liam Harwood.
The defender arrives at the Memorial Stadium from Carshalton Athletic on a one-year deal.
Harwood trained with Rovers towards the end of last season and played in one reserve game.
He impressed Trollope sufficiently to earn a contract and will now compete for a place in central defence.
Earlier on deadline day, Rovers allowed Andy Williams to join Hereford on loan until January.
