Heerenveen land Bradley replacement
Heerenveen have snapped up former star Mika Vayrynen to replace Michael Bradley.
Bradley departed for Borussia Monchengladbach over the weekend and the Frisian club have moved quickly to land the Finn.
Vayrynen, who left Heerenveen to join PSV Eindhoven in 2005, has returned to the Abe Lenstra after three years away.
"We are very pleased with the squad we have now," director Yme Kuiper told
Voetbal International.
"There is nobody leaving anymore and there also won't come new players."
Kuiper was speaking after the club allowed veteran goalkeeper Rob van Dijk to join Feyenoord.
The 39-year-old has arrived on a free transfer from Heerenveen and will provide competition for No.1 Henk Timmer.
"It is great, at my age, to come back to Feyenoord," said Van Dijk.
Van Dijk started his career at Feyenoord and now returns to the club he left 12-years ago.
