Ipswich boss prepared to listen to loan offers

Ipswich boss Jim Magilton has told Ivan Campo that he is free to leave the club on loan. The former Spain international has not featured in the Tractor Boys' first-team since helping to seal a 2-2 draw against Swansea on 18th October. Magilton insists that 34-year-old remains an integral part of his plans, but concedes that he would be prepared to listen to offers if any were forthcoming. "Ivan has not played as much football as he would have liked here and if going out on loan gets him games then we would not stand in his way," he told the club's official website. "He is still very much part of the squad here, though, and it would have to be the right club for him and us." Any side keen on taking Campo would have to move quickly as, prior to the re-opening of the transfer window in January, the deadline for short-term deals falls next week.
