Harford plans to let some go and keep others in January
Luton Town manager Mick Harford has confirmed Ian Henderson has signed a contract with the club.
Henderson was released by Northampton Town over the weekend and
skysports.com revealed the Hatters were interested in the winger.
The 23-year-old has now agreed a deal at Kenilworth Road which is expected to keep him at the League Two strugglers until the end of the season.
In addition to a deal for Henderson, Harford also outlined his January plans for several other players currently on the Luton books.
Good pedigree
"Ian Henderson has signed a contract with us," Harford told the club's
official website. "I'm delighted to have him on board, he's got a good pedigree and knows the league.
"Hopefully it will be passed by the Football League. We'll also look to get one or two more bodies in.
"There's one or two contracts that won't be renewed, one is Garreth O'Connor, one is Kevin Watson.
"Conrad Logan's deal is up in the middle of January and we're looking to renew that. Chris Martin and Michael Spillane are here until the end of the season and Tom Craddock is here until mid-January and we're looking to extend that."
