Dagenham & Redbridge have released goalkeeper Ed Thompson.
The 26-year-old joined The Daggers from non-league Wingate & Finchley in 2007.
However, he has made just three starts since joining the club and has now decided to cancel his contract by mutual consent after talks with manager John Still.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the club and have learnt so much," he told the club's website.
"But I feel the time is right to move on and establish myself as a first-choice goalkeeper at a club, even if it means taking a step down the ladder."
