Watford have bolstered their defence with the signing of Andrei Stepanov on a short-term contract. The Estonia international recently linked up with the Championship side on trial this week and he has impressed at Vicarage Road. Hornets boss Brendan Rodgers has drafted in the 30-year-old to provide cover for Jay DeMerit and Mike Williamson. Stepanov has won over 70 caps for his country and was voted Estonian Footballer of the Year back in 2004.
