Former Brazil international Denilson has joined Vietnamese outfit Hai Phong Cement.
The 31-year-old was once the world's most expensive player following a £21.5million move from Sao Paulo to Real Betis in 1998.
However, the 2002 World Cup winner failed to make a significant impact in Europe and he moved on for spells in the Far East and the Americas.
Denilson has now trained with Hai Phong as he joins the Vietnamese V-League club for the second half of the season.
He told
Thanh Nien: "I don't know anything about Vietnamese football. I come to Vietnamese football with my passion."
