Hyde and Bolasie agree deals at Underhill

League Two club Barnet have announced the signings of Micah Hyde and Yannick Bolasie. Jamaican midfielder Hyde has signed a one-year deal with Ian Hendon's side and arrives on a free transfer as a replacement for former captain Neal Bishop, who has left for Notts County. Bolasie has sealed a "long-term loan" move to Underhill from Plymouth Argyle after impressing during a five-month spell at the Bees last season. Hendon told the club's official website: "Hopefully there are more players to come." Meanwhile, defender Gary Breen has signed a new contract to become player-assistant manager at Barnet. The former Republic of Ireland international has been working towards gaining his coaching badges for the last two years and will assist Hendon in the coming season. He said: "Assistant manager is another step in the direction of my ultimate aim to manage a club. "I'm looking forward to the assistant manager side of my role but I will play on as long as it benefits the team."
