Brazilian free agent hopes to earn deal in Europe

Former Brazil international Denilson is said to be searching for a new club in Denmark. The 32-year-old was last seen playing in Vietnam but only played one game for Mang Hai Phong in June before returning to Brazil. The winger, who was once the most expensive player in the world when he signed for Real Betis for £22million in 1998, was reportedly offered to AaB but the Danish club politely declined. Denilson also spent a short time on trial at Bolton last January and is thought to be keen on plying his trade in Europe. "I have promised Denilson to do all I can to find a club in Denmark," the player's advisor Suat Sari told Onside.dk.
