Striker to leave Dutch outfit in New Year
Ivory Coast international Bonaventure Kalou is to set to leave Heerenveen on 1st January.
The 31-year-old striker, who is the older brother of Chelsea's Salomon Kalou, has agreed a contract termination with the Dutch side.
The former Feyenoord, Auxerre, Paris St Germain and Lens player joined from Al-Jazira Club in the summer of 2008 but has failed to command a regular first team place.
But he played a major role in winning the Dutch Cup last season by scoring in the final against FC Twente.
