Defender will leave club in January in search of regular football
Andreas Gorlitz has revealed that he has an agreement with Bayern Munich which would allow him to leave the club in the January transfer window.
The defender has struggled to break into Louis van Gaal's starting XI at the Allianz Arena despite two successful seasons on loan at Karlsruhe.
The 27-year-old returned to Bayern in the summer but has only made one German Cup appearance this term.
The former 1860 Munich man's contract at Bayern is set to run out at the end of the season and the German club will look to cash in on the full-back.
"I have an agreement with the club that I can leave in the winter," he said. "I want to play."
Gorlitz has struggled with injuries since signing for Bayern in the summer of 2004 including a cruciate ligament injury suffered shortly after his arrival causing an 18-month absence.
