Lincoln City are set to sign Michael Gordon on a contract until the end of the season.
The 25-year-old winger has scored seven goals in 16 appearances for Ryman League side Merstham this season.
He has now agreed a deal with the League Two Imps and is expected to go straight into Chris Sutton's squad for the clash with Cheltenham on Saturday.
However, having already featured for Merstham in the FA Cup this season, he will be cup-tied for City's second round tie at Northwich Victoria later this month.
Gordon began his career with Arsenal and has also spent time with Wimbledon.
