Peruvian happy in Holland, despite reports of homesickness
PSV forward Reimond Manco has denied that he is set to return to Peruvian club Alianza Lima.
Reports had suggested that the 19-year-old, who was loaned to Willem II at the start of the season to build experience, has failed to settle since arriving from South America in 2008.
But Manco insists that he and his wife are happy in Holland and that he has held talks with Eredivisie title contenders PSV regarding his future.
"The coach, Fred Rutten, said to me that I am in his plans and I want to stay at PSV," he said in
Ojo.
"My wife has helped me very much. She always says to me that we are in Europe and that it doesn't make sense to return to Peru.
"I agree with that and am still under contract for two more years."
