Hereford chairman Graham Turner is hoping to reach a conclusion as he looks to sell his shares in the League Two outfit.
Turner, who took over as temporary manager following John Trewick's departure in March, could end his 15-year association with the Bulls if he can find a buyer for his shares.
He told
Bulls Player: "Talks are still going on with several parties and they will continue over the next six or seven days.
"We're hoping, we've got our fingers crossed.
"There is a sense of urgency and there's a lot of work being put in to try and conclude it, but there's always snags involved in these sort of things."
Pugh
Meanwhile, Marc Pugh has rejected the offer of an improved two-year contract, while defender Tyler Weir has signed a new one-year deal.
Pugh was the Bulls' leading scorer with 13 goals this season but the club have revealed that "the indications are that he will sign for another club".
The 23-year-old, who began his career as an apprentice at Burnley, has also had stints with Kidderminster, Bury, Shrewsbury and Luton.
Weir, who is a product of the club's youth set-up, was offered a professional contract in the summer of 2009.
The youngster has made four appearances since breaking into the first-team this season.
