Steaua forward suspended after Europa red card
Steaua Bucharest forward Pantelis Kapetanos has been suspended for four matches by Uefa following his dismissal against Napoli.
Greece international Kapetanos was sent off in the 31st minute of the Europa League Group K clash last month, which ended in a 3-3 draw, for elbowing an opponent.
He was found guilty of assault on the player by the Uefa Control and Disciplinary Body and will miss Steaua's remaining four European group stage games, against Dutch side FC Twente at home and away, at home to Liverpool and the return against Napoli.
Steaua's team manager, Marius Ianuli, has been handed a €5,000 (£4,400) fine for comments made to the match referee after the final whistle which went against Uefa Disciplinary Regulations.
The Bucharest side have also been fined €30,000 (£26,000) for the improper conduct of their supporters at the game, while Napoli landed a €8,000 (£7,000) penalty for the misconduct of their fans, who threw missiles and fireworks.
Uefa said the decisions can be appealed within three days of the detailed rulings being given.
