Hibs and Rovers to looking at Czech shot-stopper

Czech Republic goalkeeper Jakub Divis has flown to Great Britain in the hope of winning a deal with either Hibernian or Doncaster. Although Divis plays for one of Slovakia's top-flight strugglers he is widely regarded as one of the league's best shot-stoppers. The 24-year-old has proven himself in recent seasons having established himself as Tatran Presov's number one between the sticks. Divis landed in Edinburgh on Sunday ahead of three days training with Hibs before travelling down south to spend time with Championship side Doncaster.

Training

"I'll train with Hibernian until Wednesday and then we'll see whether or not I make a move there," he told denniksport.sk. "[Doncaster] are the second option I've got and I hope one of them will pan out. "I joined Presov from Slavia in order to play regularly and have always believed I can move higher in my career. "The Scottish top-flight or the Championship are high-quality competitions and it's up to me to show myself in good light."
