The Belarus international joins the Seasiders from Zenit St Petersburg and will be eligible to Ian Holloway once a work permit is granted.
The 27-year-old has recently spent time with Tom Tomsk and Rubin Kazan after struggling to make an impact at Zenit and is now on the move again.
He will be hoping to make a positive impression in the Premier League upon arriving at Bloomfield Road.
