Skipper could see season cut short by hamstring woe
ADO Den Haag's bid for a top-four finish has taken a blow with the news captain Pascal Bosschaart could miss the rest of the season.
The 31-year-old picked up a hamstring injury during Saturday's 3-1 defeat at AZ Alkmaar, causing him to be substituted in the 14th minute.
Influential defender Bosschaart underwent an MRI scan in hospital on Tuesday to determine the severity of the damage.
The club later revealed on their
official website that the problem "may keep him out of action for a few weeks".
Saturday's result saw Den Haag slip to fifth in the Eredivisie standings and two points adrift of nearest rivals AZ.
