Striker to talk to Wolfsburg boss ahead of probable move to UAE

Striker Grafite is set for final talks with Wolfsburg this week ahead of a probable move to the United Arab Emirates. The 32-year-old Brazil international is considering a reported two-year deal to join Dubai-based club Al Ahli. Pascal Carbon, the agent of the striker, who was the top scorer in Hamburg's 2009 Bundesliga title success, believes a transfer is likely to happen. However, a last talk with Wolsburg boss Felix Magath will take place this week before a final decision is made.

"We are planning to have one more chat with Felix Magath, afterwards we are going to make a decision on the future," Carbon told Sport 360. "I think the transfer will be going through in the new week." Grafite scored 28 goals and was named German Footballer of the Year when the Wolves won the 2009 Bundesliga title. But the striker, who has been capped four times by Brazil, managed just nine goals last term as Wolfsburg narrowly avoided relegation.
