Pugh has been in superb form for the Blue Square South outfit, helping them to joint second in the table with 12 goals in 15 games.
The former Gillingham youngster's form has not gone unnoticed among clubs from the Football League, with scouts flocking to watch him in action.
Pugh joined Welling in the summer of 2010 after leaving Gillingham, scoring 17 goals last season for the Wings and he has continued that form this term to alert a host of clubs.
Millwall and Peterborough are both thought to be looking to bolster their attacking options in the January transfer window and both clubs are set to keep tabs on Pugh as they weigh up a move for the forward.
