Teenage striker Elvis Manu has agreed a deal to keep him at Feyenoord until mid-2015, the Eredivisie club have confirmed.
The 18-year-old, a member of Feyenoord's youth academy who is yet to make a senior appearance, will put pen to paper on a three-and-a-half year contract after he has undergone a medical.
Manu, a Netherlands Under-19 international, has played in Rotterdam since 2005 when he joined from Eredivisie sister club Excelsior.
Feyenoord technical director Martin van Geel sees the forward as a player with great potential.
He told the club's
official website: "He's a fast and powerful striker who scores easily."
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Kostas Lamprou has extended his contract at Feyenoord until summer 2015.
The 20-year-old Greek came through the youth ranks at the Dutch club and provides cover for regular keeper Erwin Mulder.
"This a very good day for me," said Lamprou. "I feel really at home at this club and am very happy to be here for the next few years."
